Who operates the service

The GetawayCars brand and this website are operated by BEAUTIFUL IMAGES s.r.o., company ID 170 94 836, registered at Na Folimance 2155/15, Vinohrady, 120 00 Prague 2, entered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file C 366482.

Enquiries and reservations

Submitting a form on this website is a non-binding enquiry. It does not in itself oblige the customer to pay or the operator to provide a car.

After checking availability, we send a specific quote. A reservation becomes binding only upon express written confirmation by both customer and operator, or upon signing a rental agreement. Before confirming, the customer receives all material terms of the specific rental.

Vehicle, price and availability

Before binding confirmation, the quote will specify the model, dates, handover location, final price or its calculation, refundable deposit, mileage allowance, insurance cover, excess and the price of selected extras.

The website uses vehicle photographs, AI-retouched photographs and AI-generated illustrations. We will confirm the actual vehicle specification and equipment before booking.

If an exceptional circumstance prevents delivery of the confirmed car, we will offer a comparable alternative. It is not deemed accepted without the customer’s consent.

Driver and required documents

Only a person named in the rental agreement who meets the requirements of the specific quote and presents a valid ID and the appropriate driving licence may drive the car. Requirements for age, length of licence ownership and any additional documents will be stated before the reservation is confirmed.

Allowing another person to drive without the operator’s prior consent is not permitted.

Handover, use and return

At handover, we record the car’s condition, fuel or charge, mileage, equipment and any damage together. The customer must use the car with care and in accordance with the law, rental agreement and insurance terms.

Travel abroad, additional drivers, wedding use or chauffeur services must be agreed in advance. The car must be returned at the confirmed time and place, in the agreed condition allowing for normal wear.

Payment, deposit and additional costs

Payment method and due date are specified in the quote or rental agreement. The deposit secures claims related to the rental and is settled under the rental agreement after the car is properly returned.

Additional charges may only cover costs arising from confirmed terms or a proven breach of obligations — such as missing fuel, excess mileage, fines, exceptional cleaning or damage. We will document each item for the customer.

Changing or cancelling a reservation

Conditions for changes, cancellation and any cancellation fee may vary by vehicle, dates and services. They will always be included in the specific quote before binding confirmation.

Send any change or cancellation request as soon as possible to info@getawaycars.io. This does not affect consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract.

Complaints and dispute resolution

You may make a complaint by email, phone or in writing to the operator’s address. Include the reservation, a description of the issue and your requested resolution. Consumer complaints will be handled without undue delay, within 30 days at most unless a longer period is agreed together.

If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, the consumer may apply for out-of-court resolution to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Central Inspectorate — ADR Department, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Prague 2, email adr@coi.gov.cz, website coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr.

Final provisions

Legal relations are governed by Czech law, in particular the Civil Code and Consumer Protection Act. The individual rental agreement and confirmed quote take precedence over general website information for the specific rental.
